Incomplete item
The wok is really good, but I'm not satisfied with the purchase. As they say, "A stainless steel steaming grid is also included, along with a turner and ladle, both with brushed stainless steel handles". None of them are included! After I receive the package, I asked for those items and didn't receive any answer.
Great Wok
From other reviews, I knew that I would just receive a wok without any accessories. So, I wasn't disappointed by that. My wok arrived in perfect condition. I chose the yellow because the price was reduced on yellow so it was a good deal. It turns out that I like the color. It's bright and cheerful. I have one other Silit piece, which is bright orange. Together they look festive. If I purchase a third piece, I may just go for lime green. That might be fun.
I bought this wok to replace an anodized aluminum wok that won't work with my new induction cooktop. I used it for the first time to make fried rice last night. I was very pleased with how everything came out. I tried medium heat, because I wasn't sure with a new cooktop and a new wok. It worked very well. The bottom of the wok has flat area about 7-8 inches in diameter. My rice cooked evenly across it. I felt like the rice cooked faster and more evenly than usual. I pulled back the rice and then scrambled...
This is PERFECT!!
But little bit heavy.Except that can NOT compare with any wok!
Once you try to cook and taste it .
And you know it .Why this wok is the BEST!!
