If someone knew how to package this item I would of rated it higher. First shipment arrived broken and so did the second.
I have never seen a worst packaged product. I could tell there where broken plates in the box before I ever opened it and than got a replacement and the same thing happened. You think someone would learn from this when they come back broken!
They are pretty but arrived broken twice!
I think these are beautiful fondue plates and that is the only reason that I gave them 1 star. I don't recommend them. I ordered a set of 4 and at least one was shattered when I opened the package after arrival. It was not packaged well for an item that was a dish. I sent those back and the second set came in broken also. I won't bother to order them again!!!
Product is great, Amazon Packaging is terrible
We ordered two sets of 4 plates. Each of the boxes had a two rounds of bubble wrap. On top of the boxes there was additional packaging material to cushion it, but there was no additional packaging underneath. I would have at least put additional padding underneath a set of plates. The other package did make it and it appears to be a quality product. However, I'll see if the replacement plates make it without further damage. If they don't make it I think I'll try to find the plates locally as this is the second fragile product I've ordered from Amazon and received in pieces. Purchase this from Amazon at your own risk.
