This is a Great Frying Pan, T-fal 10-inch Fry/Saute Pan, it can take a lot of use and always does a Terrific Job. Frying, Sautéing, Cooking and Stir-Fry, my favorite and the Food comes out tasting the Best. Very Light and Reliable Pan made of Hard Anodized Non-Stick Stain Resistant Metal outside and also Non-Stick Durable and Scratch Resistant inside, Safe to use with Metal Utensils although I like to use Wooden Ones. I like the Ergonomic Long Handle, it is Comfortable to Grab and Hold and always stays Cool

t-fall pan with thermo spot heat
the skillet works good. however the red round thermo-spot that was suppose to turn bright red that showed you when to start cooking never did work. t-fall from france is the best but this is made in china and you cannot find t-fall from france on the internet. at least I could not find it. most of china's stuff they make is crappy and that is our gov't fault.
ANYWAY THE PAN WORKS GOOD AND EASY TO CLEAN. NICE STURDY PAN.

A wonderful saute pan that is heavy duty construction and good quality. It's the perfect size for all cooking needs.
