High Center
I have several pots and pans from All-Clad and so far so good. The only issues I have had with this pan it that it is high in the middle so things always move to the outside edges. I do not know if this is a defect but I will be calling All-Clad to find out.

Well worth the money! We have tried several other brands and are now die-hard
all-clad fans.

Awesome Pan!
I bought this to just to make crepes. Now, I use it everyday for everything. It's the perfect size for Fritatas for 2-6 people. I highly recommend this terrific pan! I only have All Clad for all of my pans. They're my forever pans.
