Outstanding Cookware
My dietary needs require me to soft cook (boil or poach)4 eggs in the morning, as long as the yolk is still runny about 4 minutes). After searching high and low for some time, I found a Calphone pan with four egg cups at Target one day, and I purchased it immediately. I was actually looking for a stainless steel pan with stainless steel egg cups, so that the cooking surface would not get scratched, but I wasn't able to locate one. The Calphone pan lasted some 1.5 years with good service, but then the egg cups started getting scratched and a black residue came off. I was then in search of a replacement pan. I was absolutely delighted to find this very excellent product that was designed in Belgium and manufactured in Indonesia on sale through Amazon.com. It arrived yesterday, and I tried my first egg cooking experience with this marvelous equipment this morning.
