Krampouz Tibos Crepe Machine 110v 13" Griddle

Just bought our second one
We have a crepe cart and catering business using commercial propane griddles. This year we had a need to do indoor events as well. There are almost no commercial grills that run on 100V, and most private homes and event facilities do not have 220V power just sitting around in the living rooms or meeting areas. Afgter looking at lots of grills (and of course checking out the reviews and prices here) We purchased (at another site) one of these grills in December, now as the season is picking up we bought our second one.

They make good crepes. We use our own tools, a round dowel spreader instead of the flat trowel, but lots of people use those flat ones. The flat spatula seems a little short, but that may be because I'm used to the 15" used with our bigger outdoor grills.

The nonstick is not that great, so we always use a bit of spray canola oil before each crepe.

We use it at the #2 setting, no idea why the scale goes so high, I think you would have...

Love the Krampouz Tibos crepe machine!
After a trip to Paris in the fall, we came home wanting a great egg, ham and chese crepe- and we have been able to reproduce that with this machine. It has a good non-stick cooking surface, requiring little or no butter to produce a perfect crepe, and the temperature settings makes it easy to adjust the heat up or down as needed. I was not able to master the black plastic measurement device, instead switching to a laddle and the spreader included in the package. We have also used this to reheat leftover pizza- perfectly! Looking forward to using it to make tortillas= I'm guessing this will be quite successful, too.

We love the crepe maker! Very easy to use and makes good crepes consistently. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
