Great size, efficient design and good quality aluminum
I bought this braiser with doubts in my mind, as I usually prefer to purchase pots & pans from a brick & mortar store, where one can assess the quality. However I bought this, based on the other reviews. And I am glad to report that this was a good decision. The braiser has a thick base so no worries with any burning or overcooking.
If you are looking for a good quality braiser/port at a good price point, you have found it.
