Earth Pan Plus Nonstick SandFlow Skillet, Bronze, 8"

6 months and I still love it. 12 months, I love it less.
Since I saw so many mixed reviews, I waited 6 months before reviewing my 8" fry pan. This pan is so beautiful it hangs on the pot rack with my (unused) copper ware. I use it 4-5 times a week to cook for 2 people. It is great for poached eggs and omlets, frying sausage or veggie burgers, scrambles eggs stuck slightly. I do not use spray oil, just a drop or 2 of olive oil, spread on pan with a silicone or nylon spatula. I do use a low to medium heat and hand wash. I would consider getting the whole set but I would really like larger pots and fry pans...my gas burners are large. I will get more ceramic/silica lined pans to replace the old non-stick ones for health reasons. This Earthpan worked great for me. Love it!
UPDATE after 7 months of use: My microwave oven died a month ago. I have been using this 8" pan as my "go-to" pan. It can get used up to 5 times a day. Sometimes I just wipe it out and cook the next item. As stated before, I usually use 1-2 drops of olive oil spread...

Chipped coating
I chose this because it was so highly rated by both Consumer Reports and Amazon's customers. I have had the set of cookware less than 6 months and followed all directions for care. It has begun to chip around the top edges of each of my pans and skillet. Very disappointed because this is the first total set of cookware I have bought in all my years of marriage. Don't bother
I bought this pan with great hopes. It started flaking within two weeks. Thanks to Amazon, I could return it, but I would NOT recommend this pan.
