Wilton 12-Cavity Petite Heart Pan

Don't try a cheap one
This is a sort of "not review" -- that is, I didn't get this one, and I regret it. I found a cheaper version of this somewhere else a few years ago. The bite-sized muffins (or brownies!) are fun (and a great way to use up a little extra batter from whatever you're making), but the pan I got is tin-plated steel, which means it pretty much started rusting the minute they made it. So my advice to you is that paying less for cheap junk is not necessarily a bargain in this case. You're likely to be happier with a high-quality aluminum pan like this one than with a rusty one.

This is really fun
What a great pan, all the little shapes are marvelous for having fun christmas parties. I just love this pan and it's many joys!

stuff gets stuck
I bake a lot. I mean A LOT and this pan is the pits. No matter what I did to prepare the pan before baking I either could not get the food out or it broke in the process.
