A Variety of easy to follow Instructions and Recipes
As a beginner at Home canning I purchased this book as a guide to find other methods and recipes. I was delighted to find it full of good advice, clear instructions and fantastic recipes.
If you have a garden and can, this book is for you!
I have been gardening and canning for decades and always had the Ball book that you can purchase at local stores, but this book has so many more recipies for all types of fruit, meat and vegetables....much more information than I have ever seen under one cover. I first saw it at our local library and after checking it out, knew I needed one here at home to call my own. My only disappointment is that this version is a soft cover whereas the one I found at the library was a hard cover.

Had this book on my amazon wish list for many months, I actually came acrossed it at a book fair and had to buy it! Very thick book must have any canning recipe known. Recommend for those ready to do some serious canning ;)
