Maple syrup finishing pan... Works great!
Sturdy enough to only need support on each end when sitting over an open fire. The pan does not wrap or sag under extreme heat. This is perfect for finishing a batch of back yard maple syrup.

I used the item as a litter box when stainless steel litter boxes were no longer for sale and this is the perfect size.

I am pleased with my steam table pan it is light but not flimsy, very important to me when moving it from one point to another full of food.
